Two sisters meet at the anniversary oftheir mother's death. In loving memory of their mother they try to overcome the fear of opening a bottle of sparkling wine.

In 2024 "Because of Mom" celebrated its world premiere at the "One Short For A Nation Festival" in Berlin.
